Small Studio Space Available Downtown in Victoria, British Columbia

We have a beautiful downtown studio space available for rent for classes or workshops. It's perfect for smaller groups of 6 - 10 people, depending on the activity. It has been used for yoga, pilates, meditation workshops in the past. As you can see from the photos the space has one large wall of mirrors, a window that can be covered for more privacy, adjustable lighting options, and closets with yoga mats and props. We also have a comfortable lobby with cubbies for shoes and personal belongings and three restrooms on the floor. The space is available Monday through Saturday with times that range from 8:am - 7:00pm (slightly earlier/later can be accommodated if needed).
We are offering two rental options:
$25/ hour - includes the space and use of supplies provided. Marketing, registration, sales etc... will be your own responsibility.
$40/ hour - includes the space and use of supplies provided as well as the use of our scheduling software for registration and sales (with receptionist), as well as clinic wide posters and a feature on our website and social media accounts.
