Lovely and funky office space for rent in the heart of Fernwood. This is a single use office (no reception staff, one big open room) which is currently being used by a Naturopath 3.5 days a week, and a Counsellor 1.5 days a week. Would love to have one more person to round out the week - another counsellor, or an RMT, or possibly an acupuncturist or other type of therapist. Available two full days, Sundays & Mondays, with the possibility of Friday mornings (until 1pm).
Rent is $300 per month for two full days (an extra $75 per month for the half day), plus a proportional amount of hydro and wifi.
Fully furnished - although some changes will be made to improve flow and space usage, and some storage can be made available for files and tools of your work.
The office is in a public courtyard with lots of walk-by traffic. Space is available for a hanging sign above the door, as well as a sandwich board out front if you desire. It also has its own private bathroom, and a wee kitchen sink.
There are several businesses in the square, and lots of opportunity to network. It's also a very laid back and fun place to come to work.
