The office has front door- direct access from the square, with great walk-by visibility. The office has its own entrance way (no shared waiting rooms or hallways at all), and its own bathroom.
Right now the space is leased by a Kinesiologist/Neuromovement practitioner with a fold-up table that can be stored in the bathroom leaving a blank slate for your needs. There is also a fold up desk (into the wall), 2 chairs and a storage cupboard. There is not much room for storage so ideally someone who has little to no equipment or who can make use of what is available would be ideal.
Fully furnished, rent includes wifi and hydro. Rent runs from $320 to $720 a month, depending on usage. Available immediately on Mondays and Wednesdays with possibility of more days if needed.
