Event Space Launches - Fisgard St Forum in Victoria, British Columbia

We've been open for 6 months now - and things are going well!

The Forum is a joint venture by two local entrepreneurs who saw the opportunity to provide a flexible, affordable, and welcoming event venue for happenings both traditional and unique.
Lori Dunn, Forum co-owner with Suzanne Clydesdale, says:
The umbrella represents our vision of the Forum being a safe place for the community at large to take a chance with an idea, teach their skill, gather their people, and play. The red is the passion we bring to life - and what we encourage in others.
Centrally-located in Downtown Victoria with parkades nearby, the Forum is also handy to transit. Inside, you'll find Victoria's most community-oriented, flexible and reasonably-priced meeting space, featuring a spacious lobby, concession, and three configurable meeting rooms including a mirrored studio. Whether you're planning a pet-friendly meditation session, a small business workshop, a marketing focus group, a preschool crafts hour, a mini-maker faire, or a crazy fashion shoot, the variety of rooms and facilities offered by the Forum is sure to include the perfect solution for your awesome event!
Owners Suzanne Clydesdale and Lori Dunn quietly opened the doors for a soft launch in the fall of 2016. They knew they were on to something when Forum supporters surprised them over the holidays with the gift (and sneaky early-morning installation) of a street level sign, featuring their signature red brolly.
Now, with bugs ironed out and renovations complete, it's time for this umbrella-themed space to unfurl and welcome the creators, leaders, and teachers of Victoria and the South Island for their events both big and little!
