The Victoria West Community Centre has a commercial kitchen available for rental on either a short term temporary basis or long term regular use. This means you can use the kitchen to prepare and then sell food, like jam, pies, cinammom buns, samosas, or a whole long list of other yummy things, to the public, as long as one person working in the kitchen has a FoodSafe certificate.
