Restored (2011) 1962 Mercedes 180Dc diesel, four door Ponton sedan. This classic Mercedes is in perfect running condition. New paint, tires, brake system, interior etc. It gets more than 45 miles per gallon. 1962 was the last year for this cool round style. It has the bullet-proof diesel engine. The engine in this one is out of a 200D so it has 59hp instead of the stock 48hp. It was sold new at Tad Davis Motors in Seattle (later to become Phil Smart Mercedes now Mercedes of Seattle) in April 15, 1963. I have the original "build card" from Mercedes and the original service booklet and owners manual. I am not the original owner. The speedometer is in "miles". The odometer reads 75,800. I don't know if that is original mileage or not, but looking under the car I suspect it could be. There is no rust. The original tool kit is in the trunk, the spare tire is also brand new. Cream colour with black and gray vinyl interior. New battery. The clock does not work.
