I bought this truck 2 years ago and have put a lot of work in to it since then. It runs very good and has never left me stranded. i used this truck to drive to and from alberta for work and as a daily driver on the sunshine coast.
a few things i have put into it:
-fully rebuilt transmission and brand new torque converter still under warranty.
-35 inch general grabber at2's
-aftermarket headlights
-starter
-heavy duty tow mirrors
-aftermarket deck with two rockford 6x9 speakers
-new steering dampener
-thermostat
-front disks/rotors/pads/rear drums and shoes 5000k ago
-cleaned up the entire wiring harness from the Ecm
probably missing a few things.
I have changed the oil and filters every 5000km since i bought the truck.
There is a few small issues:
The front drive shaft needs to be rebuilt But i have 2 brand new U joints to come with it.
needs a new parking brake cable.
and the front passenger headlight burnt out.
bottom line is this truck runs awesome and will continue to do so for many years i will be very sad to see it go. Reason for selling is i want to down size the truck is a bit too high for me.
would consider trading for another Diesel truck of equal value only Cummins or Duramax no gas jobs no powerstrokes and has to be stock, no tuners no lifts.
