The 2010 BMW 535 Xi Touring was originally sold new in the US and was imported into Canada by its previous owner in 2010 less than a year old. The car has been maintained locally by BMW and has lived here ever since. This car was operated mostly on the island and occasionally to the mainland(Whistler) and the interior .This car was very extensively optioned from the factory and also comes with a set of roof rack horizontal bars so bikes, kayaks, or skis can be brought along. It's also equipped with a trailer hitch (hidden) for a bicycle rack attachment on the rear of the car. The factory color is Neptune Blue/beige Nasca leather and being the Xi is AWD and coupled with a Steptronic multispeed transmission. The front seats are heated and ventilated, rear seats are heated, steering wheel is heated and it has heads up display. Navigation is present with premium sound and for safety lane departure system and active cruise control are included in the option list. Just look at the menu of options and you can see why it was a 69000$US to buy new! This highly optioned car has just turned over the 100,000 Km mark and is priced to sell for $19995.
