16v 4AGE Complete Swap in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Bit of a feeler here..found another engine swap I would much rather have.
Contemplating selling my 16v 4age swap.
Rebuilt (honed, new bearings and rings, all new gaskets and seals).
ARP Headstuds, Mainstuds, Rod bolts, and Flywheel Bolts.
New Exedy OE type clutch with machined stock flywheel.
30 thou taken off the head, 25 thou off the block making it an interference engine now. All machine work done by Just Heads.
Shaved intake(no IACV, cold start injector, egr, or vacuum fittings).
Fuel rail modified to use -6AN fittings and inline regulator.
Pacesetter header with EGR bung welded shut no flange on the bottom(modified to run a band clamp for clearance reasons).
Standalone engine harness that can be used in literally anything just by putting power to 2 wires.
Stock ECU.
New Alternator.
Re-sealed distributor.
Will come with igniter and Coil.
T50 with no grinds and minimal noise, modified T3 shifter. Have always run Redline MT90 oil through it.
New Clutch slave.
GTS front half of driveshaft.
Engine has a tiny coolant leak from the thermostat bypass tube.
Looking for $1500obo. I have well over that into this engine/trans so I feel it is a fair starting price. The motor has given me NO problems what so ever. Has been put through its paces and has held up perfectly.
