This 1989 C&C25 (MK II) comes fully equipped: V-bert sleeps 2 comfortably, and 2 quarter bunks sleep another 2. The toilet is connected to a holding tank and also can flush to the ocean. Table has a quick release fold-down. The kitchen has a sink with fresh-water holding tank, cooler and alcohol stove. Plenty of space to move around comfortably. Contains lots of storage, on the inside and deep lazerettes on the outside where you can store many items for a long cruise. Equipped with radio and speaker system, Comes with a suit of sails, sail cover, spinnaker set, and all running rigging is fed to the cockpit so this can be sailed singlehandedly.
There is a small tear in the leech of the jib which can be repaired by hand with sail tape, I just have not had the time to do it yet, and the compass on the outside no longer has fluid in it so could use replacing however there is a visible compass on the inside that I have been using instead. The bottom was recently dived and inspected and looks great. The hatchboards were redone last summer and will last many years. I also replaced one of the two batteries so it comes with a brand new battery and the other has been tested and is fully charged.
The best part: It is equipped with a furler so you do not need to worry about taking sails off and folding them every time, simply pull a sheet and furl the sail!

The boat is currently moored at CFSA, and you have the opportunity to keep it in its current moorage spot if you are a member of the regular or reserve forces, veteran, DND employee or associate of CFSA.
This is a truly fantastic boat, and I do not wish to sell it. But I would love to see it go to someone who will enjoy it as much as I did! I am happy to arrange viewings for serious inquiries.
