Could You Donate a Boat? in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Putting it out there...just in case!
I help manage a low-income housing community in Victoria.
Our residents all work, or are in school full-time, and even though we can't 'afford it' we have been dreaming of being able to enjoy the water where we live.
We are looking for a boat that is seaworthy, turnkey reliable, trailer-able (we have a small pickup truck) driveway storable.
Residents are eager to invest their time and energy in learning boat maintenance, repair, and ongoing management.
The boat needs to be simple with no in-house electrical, displacement hull with an engine that will maintain hull speed or slightly better (around 5-6kts) ideally around 16'.
Provision for seating and basic weather protection i.e. dodger / Wheelhouse.
We have a neighbour with a background in sailing who has volunteered to mentor the community and provide the necessary expertise.
So...I'm just throwing it out there in case there is someone in the Victoria area, with a boat like this that you're not using, that you would be willing to donate.
