Catalina 27 in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

I have a Catalina I have no time to enjoy. It was completely renovated last summer, I just bought a brand new motor with full warrantee. The boat has an electric start and controls. The whole motor setup was over $5000 plus dollars and I have all the receipts. The boat also has a TV, DVD, VHF, Depth Sounder, and a GPS with charts. It also has a fridge, stove, new electrics etc. The boat comes with a genoa, main, storm jib and a spinnaker. it sleeps 6.
I don't have a lot of time to meet people and will only consider serious enquiries. The boat is out of the water on dry dock till the end of the month.
