Beautiful Mahogany Motor Yacht, named "Renaissance" is moored at Fisherman's Wharf in Victoria, BC since the late 1990's. We bought her in 2003 and totally renovated her. - The Renaissance has a mid-ship bridge/wheel house. Aft cabin with double sized bed, bath room with sink, toilet and shower (drawn with hose from sink), closet.Behind the state room is an open area in the back with 2 seats, suitable for sight seeing, sunning, fishing. Large swim bridge.Front cabin with Galley (gas stove (propane), sink, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes. Table with 2 benches fold down into 1 double sized bed on port side.Long bench across table, converts into 2 bunk beds (back folds up into 1 bunk bed, the other 1 of course is the bench) on star board side. There is another head (toilet) with storage area in the bow, also an anchor cabinet. The Renaissance has been restored extensively. She was taken out a few years ago and totally repaired, wood replaced where necessary, painted. Last year the Mahogany on sides and back of boat was totally sanded, stained and varnished. A new sign "Renaissance" was placed on the back.We drove the Renaissance on short trips around Victoria and Harbour. Both motors worked a few years back, but then we got too busy and the motors ceased, That's why the price was reduced from 15000 to 8990. This is an Estate Sale and the "Renaissance" is priced for quick sale.Moorage at Fisherman's Wharf is quite in demand and there is a waiting list. Although we cannot speak for Harbour Authority, but they told us, that they never refused Moorage when a boat was sold, as long as the credit checked out.Our moorage including electricity, water and WIFI is around CAD 430 per month. The Renaissance would also be suitable for a live-aboard or a "summer Cottage".Please call 1-250-384-XXXX for more details.
