Generator; 900 hours:
- new fuel lift pump and fuel assembly
Heating:
- DUAL Espar hydronic heaters with individual climate control for galley and bedrooms/baths. One of the D5's were just replaced brand new, 2-year warranty on the heater (replaced Feb 2018).
Engines: 1580 hours - 310 HP Hino's
- just had cooling rebuilt both sides
- set of replacement props
400' of anchor chain (no rope).
There is a 14' Zodiac tender with a 50hp Honda available for right buyer/additional cost.

Price is in CDN dollars. Boat is held in a LLC. If you are unaware of the cost/benefits associated, contact your accountant or tax attorney. The boat can be sold as the LLC (holding the single asset of the boat) or the boat can be sold and I will retain the LLC (not sure why you would want that, but it is an option).
