42' Custom Steel Schooner in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Big, seriously tough steel Schooner for sale.
Blew Skyes is a 42', 8' beam, steel vessel welded in Comox in 1993. She's built to commecial spec, very heavy duty, galvanized fittings instead of stainless, etc.
Less expensive to maintain, tough as nails, easy to handle (Even singlehanded) would make ideal budget blue water cruiser. Had to give up my dreams of going around the world when business got too busy. Last haulout 2 years ago, was bottom painted and zincs replaced then. Not in awesome shape woodwork wise, but was planning on lifting and re doing some woodwork and selling for more money. Catch it before I lift it and get a good deal.

Not in the best shape cosmetically but you won't find this kind of footage and seaworthiness for this kind of a deal. Sad to see her go but life keeps rolling and family's gotta be priority.
We've had her on the west coast in 50knts and 30 foot seas and she's been rock solid. Sails well in decent wind, reaching machine.
