1984 28 ft Crown Sailboat, Liveaboard, Mooring Buoy in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

1984 Crown Sailboat, 28 foot with 9.9 Yamaha outboard engine. Price includes 8ft zodiac dingy with 2004 2.5 horsepower mercury engine, all contents of the boat including paper charts, and professionally installed mooring buoy in Tsehum harbour.
I purchased in 2016 with the intention to get out on the water and live aboard for the summer and fall. I've had several great adventures through the Gulf Islands, but I'm hoping someone else can get sailing and get her off the dock more than I've been able to.
I've done several upgrades:
-New interior upholstry and wall panels
- New 100 watt solar panel
- 2 new deep cycle batteries

- New propane camp heater
- New VHF Hand Radio

- New custom dodger, professionally installed
- Was hauled out and bottom painted last year (June 2017)
- New marine toilet and holding tank
- New prop on 9.9 engine last year, oil changed in July 2017, control cables replaced in May 2017
- Marine grade stereo system and indoor/outdoor speakers
- Replaced forward bilge pump
There is seating cushions outside with room for 5-6 and a captain's chair. This boat is equipped with a kitchen that includes a 2-burner propane stove, a sink with hand pump water faucet, and an large icebox built in. The liquid natural gas line is fitted with an automatic shutoff valve and propane detector. There is seating for 5-6 inside and a folding table. There is over 6.5 feet standing room in the cabin. There is room to sleep 4 comfortably. (2 singles and 1 double). In the V-berth, there is a marine toilet, holding tank, and pump sink.
