1974 Bahama 25 Run About in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

I got a new boat & she is in the Bay & needs a new owner & TLC. Dry; almost no water in bilge over winter. Bottom needs to be cleaned & painted, motor has been recoiled a couple years ago. Motor starts but is building up seaweed which may have triggered the pin & when started a week ago wouldn't go forward or reverse.
