14.5ft Houston glass craft for sale in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

I have a 1969 Houston glass craft for sale. It is a really stable hull that is good to be used on the ocean and on the lake. It is powered by a 1979 mercury 40hp.
I have done a lot of work to this boat that include.
-new spark plugs
-new stator in motor
-new fuel tank and lines
-new float seal
-new gaskets in the carb and in the water cooling system
-new steering wheel
I have also done a fair bit of work on the trail.
-new spare wheel
-new trailer jack
-all the baring have been checked and have been greased.
The boat also come with a spare parts motor should you need it as well at an anchor with 100feet of line a life jacket plus an emergency kit required by transport canada to operate the boat on the water. It also comes with a drop down bracket for a kicker that has not been installed as i do not have a kicker.
The previous owner put in a new canopy cover and new seats in to the boat as well.
