Trek 5900 stolen -- postal service marking, durace components- engraved with my licence number. Carbon fiber frame

Bike is set up such that one brake does front and rear brakes as I am handicapped on my left side. My personal License number is engraved on crank, frame and rims, all durace components, lots of wear on paint, 9 speed.

Stolen at corner of oak and Saanich McDonald s at 10;20 Sunday. April 13, 2014

This bike is unique beyond its street value. It has sports memorabilia value cause of its link to the tour de France.
It is the exact same model that Lance Armstrong won the tour de France on. It is/was a postal service race team bike and I bought it off the postal service race team after the tour de France season as they only keep the bike for one tour. I have over 60,000 kms on that bike and am emotional attached to that bike.

To id the bike, it has my license number etched by ur dept on the rims and the crank--(may have changed the wheels but the crank is etched for sure). The brake cables are split along two paths so that both brakes (front and rear) are activated with one squeeze as I am handicapped and bike with one functioning hand. It also has bar end shifters to change the crank as to match my handicap. The picture below is what it looked like new and now it has different braking (as above) and a different seat. It has durace components and a carbon fiber frame for a total weight of 15 lbs.

I know of no other bike that has gears and crank controls arranged for right hand control. The left hand brake is disconnected. All bike shops on Vancouver Island and Vancouver have received detailed description. If the bike is returned to Island MMA fighting gym on Fiscard, Victoria, a reward will be given.
This bike is special to me and I want it back.
