Open edition aviation art print titled Big Nine signed by artist Edward Ash. This print shows the world famous aerobatic team "The Red Arrows" flying over their Lincolnshire base - The Royal Air Force College Cranwell, Lincolnshire. The Red Arrows are the RAF display team, like the RCAF Snowbirds. The Red Arrows currently fly BAE Hawk T1. The Hawks are modified with an uprated engine and a modification to enable smoke to be generated; diesel is mixed with a coloured dye and ejected into the jet exhaust to produce either red, white or blue smoke.
Overall print size is approximately 28 by 20 inches.
This print is unframed. Condition is Fair to Good with handling marks at the margins and within the image area. No creases or paper breaks and the print should frame up acceptably particularly if non-glare glass is used.
