I will be away this summer and need someone to take over my lovely furnished Fairfield apartment while I'm gone. The apartment is on the third floor and is a south-facing corner suite with ocean and mountain views of the Olympic Peninsula, and has beautiful hardwood floors.
Features include a spacious one-bedroom, living room hide-a-bed, and a recently renovated bathroom with bath tub and shower. Located in a safe, beautiful neighbourhood 15-20 minute walk from Beacon Hill Park and the ocean, also within walking distance of Cook St. Village, and downtown.
My place comes completely furnished and includes a piano, flatscreen TV, and lots of books. Heat, hot water, wifi, hydro, netflix, and rear parking space included, just bring your toothbrush. Near to several bus routes.

Rent is $1600 per month. Available June 1st.
