This is a suite on the south side of the JANION BUILDING situated on Pandora Ave at Store St., at the foot of China Town and across from Swan's Pub looking into the inner harbour.
The suite is completely furnished with all appliances - fridge, stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, Air Conditioner, kettle and coffee maker. Includes Murphy style Queen size Bed, all bedding, a unique sofa that flips out to a queen size bed, two single beds or two chairs that can rotate to face each other with a small table between them.
There are four stacking chairs for the dining table and two chair on the balcony.
The bathroom is a three piece.
Utilities included are heat, hot water & internet.
There is a small storage locker, a Gym, a meeting room in the lobby and on the fifth floor there is access to the roof top through another meeting room with washroom & kitchen facilities - counter, sink, fridge & microwave this opens out onto the roof top patio with incredible views of the harbor, Legislative Buildings and down Wharf St. The Patio is equipped with tables chairs and Large Stainless Steel Natural Gas BBQ.
