My boyfriend and I are looking for a student or business professional to sublet our condo who is in need of a short-term rental.
We have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located in a great location, central to most of Victoria and it is on many bus routes. Our condo comes fully furnished with everything you would need. It has in-suite laundry and BBQ too. The suite is quite bright as it's South-East facing so morning sunlight is amazing during breakfast. 1 parking spot can be negotiated. No smoking and no animals.
The cost covers everything except Hydro. The vacancy rate in Victoria is very low right now, so if temporary rental works for you please email me!
