Searching for house mate in beautiful 4 bedroom by Thetis Lake in Victoria, British Columbia

Hi! My close friend and I are looking for an additional member/couple to our new collective starting October 1st.
The property is directly above Thetis Lake, on its own private lake that we have access too. Beautifully furnished with a luxurious kitchen, lots of storage, access to hiking trails and an incredibly private and secluded feel. One of the nicest homes either of us has ever been in and looking for someone / a couple to share it with! You would have an an entire floor of the home to yourself.
Ideally a creative or professional interested in collaboration: media creation, videography, photography,
Youtube, online business etc....but open to the right fit.
* Him: Epic, friendly, landscaping small business owner - likes video/photography, crypto, yoga/fitness and lover of nature (aka plant whisperer).
* Me: Online business owner, mother of one toddler who lives with me part-time, interested in yoga, meditation, art, music, media creation, & hosting community.
* You: Interested in living collectively, professional, clean, fun, friendly, interesting, open to collaboration/creating a sweet community space for gatherings/music.
Budget: $1200-$1500 inclusive of util.
