Hello, I'm looking for a mature working person or student to take my room in my downtown apartment July 1st. The room is small and sunny, and is located directly across from Central Park, just one block away from the Crystal Pool. The apartment features hardwood floors, a large kitchen with a gas stove, a huge back yard that is shared with our neighbours, and a washer and dryer in the building. The apartment is fully furnished, but the room itself is unfurnished, though I'd be willing to sell my mattress for $50. There is also bike storage in the basement.
There is a possibility of taking the larger bedroom instead, which is $690 per month.
Looking for someone who is easygoing, clean and quiet, with a healthy, active lifestyle to share the apartment with one great roommate. You'll be on the lease from July 1st until Dec 31 with the possibility of signing a new lease at that time. Bills for hydro, gas and high speed internet are about $30 a month. Also, cats are welcome!
