Going to UVic?! Looking to have a great time this upcoming school year?
Looking for one UVIC student to room in a 2 bedroom unit (other room already full) in Fraternity based student housing. There are currently 20 other guys living in the building, which is set up similar to the Cluster units at Uvic. The unit has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living area, full kitchen, individual entrance, and parking available. The only shared amenity amongst other students is laundry. Located on the 4, 14, and 15 bus routes, UVic is a 23-minute bus ride away, and downtown is a 7-minute bus ride away. It is also walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants, and Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre. No pets please. Utilities not included. 1 Year Lease commitment required.
