We are looking for an amazing tenant to move into our lovely 1 bedroom suite. At approximately 500 sq ft, its best suited to a clean, quiet, responsible single person. Available December 1st.
Your rent includes hydro, electric heat, water, wireless internet, cable, street parking and shared laundry (with 1 other person). A generous sized bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with full-sized appliances, and good sized bedroom. The living area is quite small though. We have a large fenced back yard (theres a couple weak spots in the fence so if your dog is Houdini, it wont keep them in!), as well as being directly across the street from the Galloping Goose trail.
We are pet friendly and will require our tenants to be pet friendly as well, even if they dont have any pets! Our cat has been known to hang out in our current tenants house! I work in the pet industry and have dogs coming and going often so its important that any pets you have MUST be friendly with other pets. We also have a 4 year old daughter and her safety is paramount, so your pet (and you!) must be good with kids as well.
We are really easy going and looking for someone who is like-minded. Its important to us that you are comfortable and happy here. In return, we expect that you are friendly and respectful to our family and our property, and treat our house like its your own.
