Mature, responsible person looking for Bachelor / 1 Bedroom in Victoria, British Columbia

I am a mature person (age in 30s), am clean, do not smoke, do not party and do not have any pets. I am a generally quiet person and like to keep my home as a place of rest and relaxation. There are no loud parties in my home.
I have been called the ideal tenant in the past. I have never missed a rent payment and when I leave, I always thoroughly clean and vacuum the apartment myself. I have never lost a dollar of my deposit money.
I am an engineer by education and have worked for several years as a project management professional. Currently I am enrolled at UVic for a graduate degree. I also work at the University. I am looking for a bachelor or 1 bedroom. Apart from the basics, I am looking for the following:
-- There must be laundry access.
-- Fully functional kitchen with stove and oven.
-- Easy access to public transportation with buses going to the University. I have a car but I prefer to use the bus for daily travels.
-- Parking for car. Curbside parking is ok.
