Looking for a place that would accept myself and my fiance plus or new born baby and 5 year old daughter. I know price says 1200 but currently paying 1600 with 2 roommates and it's extreamly hard with a baby on the way. Just looking for something affordable.
I work construction and my fiance is currently due end of August and will be on maternity leave for a year. Hopefully after that will be returning to school to finish her courses and be on her feet with her dream job.
Apartments, sublets, basement suites or upstairs suites all good. 5 year old has loud feet unfortunately but we are teaching her to walk softly.
I have 1 dog. Small breed multi poodle. Not loud. Only barks when people enter. House trained but getting old as she is currently turning 11.
I am quitting smoking and girlfriend doesn't smoke.
