Bright 2 bedroom suite on a quiet, tree-lined street in Lake Hill. The suite is ground level with big windows and a private entrance. It was recently renovated in 2015 and features an updated kitchen & bathroom, laminate floors, and new carpets. There is a large master bedroom with lots of storage and a smaller second bedroom or den. The kitchen has a little eating nook by the window. The living room is quite large with a feature brick wall and electric fireplace. The suite also has shared laundry.
The street is quiet and lined with Gary Oaks. We're nearby to thrifty's, London Drugs, coffee shops, banks, and other amenities. It's a 5 minute walk to a bus stop- 20 minutes to downtown and easy trip to UVic. The galloping goose is close by as well.
We are a young, professional family with a young child. We're respectful, friendly, quiet (with a preschooler), enjoy our privacy and take good care of the property. We're looking for a respectful, quiet tenant(s) who will treat the place like home. Non-smoking. Sorry no pets. We're both allergic.
Rent is $1450 per month including utilities (heat, electricity, water). Cable/internet not included.
The suite is available May 1st for a one- year lease with a possibility to renew OR we can also rent as a 4 month summer rental (May-August) furnished or unfurnished.
