We are looking for someone to move into a free bedroom in our two bedroom apartment located in Oak Bay on Cadboro Bay Road.

Rent: $741/month, utilities paid by me.
Parking spot if needed: $15/month
3 buses go to Uvic, about 10-20 minutes travel time. 5-10 minute bus downtown. There is a Save on Foods, gym, restaurants and stores all within walking distance.
The room will be fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, shelving, and closet. The rest of the apartment is also furnished.
NO pets unfortunately.
