Hello Victoria friends! I'm subletting my furnished one beddie. She's in a beautiful, newly-renovated heritage building at Bay and Douglas. It's 615 sqft, but feels bigger because it is. so. well. laid. out. Brand new, tasteful renovations. In-suite laundry, and building has fob access. Great access to lots of bus routes (including Camosun / UVic), and just a short walk to all your favourite downtown haunts. Well-suited for a couple or a single. And I have a decently stocked kitchen for cooking, if that matters to you.
To my dismay, no pets allowed. I have really rad neighbours, and the building is super well maintained.
May to August, $1800/mo including utilities and internet. It's pricey, I know, but it's what I pay. I don't have a parking spot, but I think there's one available for an extra $50/mo if you need it.
