This suite is located in the Helm's Inn, a 3.5 Star All Suites Hotel at Inner Harbour area in Downtown Victoria. Ideally nestled between Victoria's Inner Harbour and Beacon Hill Park and adjacent to the Royal British Columbia Museum, National Geographic's Imax Theatre and Ministry of Finance. It is only one block from the Legislature Building, Victoria Conference Center, Bus Depot and Inner Harbour. A great location to enjoy what Victoria has to offer. During October 2017 to early May of 2018, we offer some special rates of short term extended stay. These rates start from $500 per week or $1690 per month. These suites are equipped with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. The kitchen area has a cook top or stove, hood fan, a kitchen sink, an apartment-size refrigerator and microwave. It finished with granite counter top, granite tiled wall and floor. They are also fully furnished with one King size bed or two Double size beds, a desk/table and chairs, a chest and a flat screen TV set with full cable channels. Amenities featured in your rate includeyour very own PRIVATE high-speed Internet access with an INDIVIDUAL modem and your own pass word (Both hard wired and wireless are available in your suite, NO SHARING with anyone), Hydro, Heat, Hot Water, TV/Cable, DD phone/Answering system with free local calling. There is also free parking, a Laundromat, 24 hours front desk service. A short walking distance to hundreds of shops, restaurants, theatres, museums, night clubs and Government Buildings in Downtown Victoria. The hotel is on direct bus routes to University of Victoria, Camosun College, Victoria General Hospital, Royal Roads University and BC Ferries. Terms are flexible. Move in/out anytime. It is a prefect setting for a few weeks to a few month short stay. 100% Non-smoking. No pets. This rate is good for 1-2 people, additional person $100/month. Deposit: $850.
