Available: 2 bedrooms on the second floor of a cute home in Fairfield. Included is a kitchen, dining room, living room and a bathroom. Comes fully furnished including dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. Each room has a queen sized bed, a dresser and a closet.
There is another tenant living downstairs along with a friendly dog and a cat. You must be okay with pets as they often make their way upstairs and spend lots of time in the backyard. The common areas will be shared between the three tenants (the bathroom will be shared between the two upstairs tenants).
There is a shared laundry area downstairs with washer and dryer.
You will have access to a nice big backyard and a small balcony.
Close to the #3 and #7 bus routes with easy access to downtown, Camosun and UVIC.
