Seeking a pet-friendly 1 (or 2) bedroom place to call home for my son and me. We are quiet, respectful and laid back.
I'm a (nearing middle-aged) self-employed Mom, and he is a kind-hearted young man who just turned 14.
The basement unit we've been living in for many years will be unavailable June 1st, the owners are now selling and I am hoping to find a similar arrangement, but open to any possibility. The furry guy is a 7y/o pointer terrier mix, neutered, non-destructive and only barks if someone comes to the door or if he sees a raccoon peeking in through the window :) Can provide the reference.
He is not a registered 'guide dog' however, my son is on the spectrum and he's been is invaluable support to his well being, he is his best friend and I can't bear the thought of separating them and having to rehome him in order to find a place to live - after 3 months of searching and only weeks left to find a place its really starting to look that way.
We are needing June 1st move in, or a bit sooner.
Very flexible as to the location providing it is near amenities.
