My boyfriend and I moved to Victoria in February for work, I'm a mechanical engineer with the government and Anthony is a hardscaper. We're currently living in a condo along the Gorge, but our landlords are interested in selling, so we're on the lookout for a new place.
We are looking for something that is minimum 750 sqft with a washer/drier. We each have a vehicle, but street parking is good for us. Victoria, Oak Bay area, the Gorge, or Esquimalt are ideal locations for us. We have a $1300 budget.
We're an active couple (both from Nova Scotia), we spend most weekends hiking or exploring a new place on the island. We respect our rentals like our own, and keep our space very clean and tidy. We don't smoke or do drugs of any kind, nor do we have any pets.
